1. Overview
Bull Consult provides professional consulting services. Because our work is delivered as time, expertise and custom deliverables, this policy explains clearly what you pay for and when refunds apply. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Free introductory consultation
Our initial 30-minute consultation is always free and carries no obligation. Nothing is charged unless and until you accept a written proposal.
3. Cancelling before work begins
You may cancel an engagement at any time before work has started by emailing contact@bullconsult.net. Any amount you have pre-paid for work that has not yet started is refunded in full, minus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (for example ad spend or software licences), which we will always tell you about in advance.
4. Cancelling during an engagement
You may also cancel an ongoing engagement in writing at any time. In that case:
- You are charged for all work performed and deliverables produced up to the cancellation date.
- Any pre-paid amount that exceeds the value of the work performed is refunded to you.
- If the work performed exceeds the amount pre-paid, we invoice you for the balance.
5. Monthly retainers
Retainers run on a rolling monthly basis. You may cancel at any time with notice before your next billing date, and you will not be charged for the following month. Fees for the current month, during which work has been carried out, are non-refundable.
6. Fixed-fee projects
For fixed-fee projects, the deposit reserves our time and covers the initial phase of work; it is refundable only for the portion of work not yet started. Once a project is delivered and accepted, the fee for completed deliverables is non-refundable.
7. If you're not satisfied
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you believe a deliverable does not meet the scope agreed in your proposal, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to correct it at no additional cost. If we cannot reasonably resolve the issue, we will agree a fair partial refund for the affected deliverable.
8. Cryptocurrency payments
Where you have paid by cryptocurrency, any approved refund is issued either in the same cryptocurrency or, by agreement, in the fiat-currency equivalent, based on the value of the payment at the time it was originally made. Because exchange rates and network fees fluctuate, the amount of cryptocurrency returned may differ from the amount originally sent. Network and transaction fees are non-refundable.
9. How to request a refund
To request a cancellation or refund, email contact@bullconsult.net with your name, the engagement or invoice reference, and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge every request within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 14 days, using the original payment method where possible.
